Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days after delivery.
Return Conditions
Items must be:
Unused and in original condition
In original packaging
With all accessories included
The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:
No refunds will be issued for clearance items or for damage or loss caused by the customer.
Return Shipping
If the item is defective or wrong: we cover return cost
If the return is due to customer reasons (change of mind, wrong order), the customer is responsible for return shipping.
A restocking fee may apply in certain cases.
Refunds
After inspection, approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
Processing time: 5–10 business days
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
We will provide a replacement or refund.
